How does cash on delivery work?+
You place your order on the site, our team contacts you to confirm, then you pay in cash to the courier when your package arrives.
What are the delivery times?+
About 48h in Greater Tunis and 3 to 5 business days in other governorates.
Can I exchange a size after receiving my order?+
Yes, exchanges are possible within 7 days if the item hasn't been worn or washed and still has its original tag.
How do I track my order?+
After confirmation, you'll receive a WhatsApp message with your courier's tracking details.
Do you deliver outside Tunisia?+
For now, we only deliver within Tunisia.
