Returns & exchanges

You have 7 days after receipt to request a size or color exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with its tag attached.

To start a request, contact our customer service via WhatsApp or phone with your order number. We'll then arrange pickup of the item and delivery of the replacement.

Return costs for a simple change of mind are covered by the customer; in case of a defect or an error on our part, they are fully covered by OMEGA STORE TN.
